MCTC was started in 1999 under Whetstone, an MRDD program. In
2000, MCTC became a separate county organization. MCTC started with 3
employees and three vehicles. We have grown and plan to continue to grow,
and be part of the county for years to come. MCTC has three full time
employees and 14 part time drivers and 15 vehicles.
MCTC provides trips to medical/ counseling appointments and
job/ educational appointments for Morrow county residents. This
transportation is provided through grant funding received through the Ohio
Department of Transportation's (ODOT) Coordination Program, contractual
agreements with the Morrow County Department of Job and Family Services and
other local agencies. The Morrow County Commissioners are the lead agency
for MCTC.
