Passenger Assistance

        MCTC Provides:

        • Curb-to-Curb Service.
        • Drivers will assist passengers upon boarding and un-boarding vehicles.
        • Drivers will then watch to make sure clients are safely within the facility or home
          before leaving.

        If requested, we will assist the client from their home and into the appointment area.
If you need more assistance, you must provide an aid. Walkways, pathways and ramps
must be clear of ice and snow and in good condition.

        *DRIVERS WILL ASSIST WITH ONE STEP AT YOUR HOME.

        • Drivers will secure all wheelchairs/ scooters with a four-point tie-down. Drivers
           will assist with seatbelts and car seats upon request.
        • Your safety and that of our drivers is always of the upmost importance.
