• No smoking, eating or
drinking is permitted in any MCTC vehicle.
• No alcohol, drugs or weapons.
• No disruptive behavior.
(could result in loss of transportation privileges)
• Seat belts must be worn.
• Children and infants who are
either/or both, under the age of four (4) and
weigh under
forty (40) pounds; must be secured in a approved, properly used
child safety
seat while being transported in MCTC vehicles. Parents are responsible
to provide
the car seats. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an
adult, except
school routes.
• Drivers are NOT permitted to
enter a clients resident unless it has been approved
by the
office.
• Be courteous and respectful
of other passengers and their personal property.
